Here's what happens when you sign up:
Step 1.
Submit your application for monthly services, and schedule a discovery call. During the call, we’ll learn about your business, discuss your goals, and customize our services to your needs.
Step 2.
Once we decide we’re a good fit for working together, we’ll provide you with an engagement letter outlining our services and pricing and start the onboarding process.
Step 3.
During onboarding, we get all the information we need from you to get started. We set you up with any required apps and software, make sure you’re comfortable with the process.
Step 4.
Sit back while we take care of your books! Every month we bring your books up-to-date, reconcile all of your accounts, and provide you with accurate and clear financial reports.

1. How do I send you my receipts and documents?
We use cloud-based technology to optimize our workflow with our clients. We provide all clients with a Dext account where they can send in receipts and invoices through a phone app or desktop computer. We also utilize secure client portals to exchange information.
2. What accounting software do you work with?
We work with QuickBooks Online and Xero. If you are currently using a different accounting software, we can help you migrate to using Xero or QuickBooks Online.
